Less queue,more coffee.
Regulars order ahead and collect on time. Tables order from a code on the table. Brunch and afternoon tea are booked online. It all lands on one screen at the counter, and subba takes nothing from any order.
Order ahead, or from the table.
The morning rush, without the queue out of the door.
Order ahead
Customers pick a collection time from your opening hours and pay by card as they order, straight to your own Stripe account.
Order at the table
A QR code on each table opens your menu. Guests pay as they order, or at the end.
Milks, sizes and extras

Delivery, if you do it
Your own fee and minimum order, for the postcodes you choose. Your own team delivers.
Allergens on every item
Tick which of the 14 major allergens each item contains, and customers see them before they order.
Looks like your cafe
Pick one of seven styles, then your colours, lettering and a picture of each item.
Brunch and afternoon tea, booked online.
Day and night, from your booking page, your website and your Google listing.
Table bookings

Deposits
Take a deposit for afternoon tea or a big table, straight to your own Stripe account.
Reminders
Guests get a reminder before they come, with a link to change or cancel, so the table is not left empty.
A chat that knows your menu
The AI chat on your website answers questions about your menu and prices, and sends people the link to order or book.

Does subba take a cut of my orders?
No. subba takes no fee on any order. You pay your subba plan, and card payments go through your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard rates.
Can customers order ahead and skip the queue?
Yes. They order from your link for a collection time, and the order lands on your counter screen with its time and a number to call out.
Can I take bookings for afternoon tea?
Yes. Set it up as something people book, with its price and a deposit if you want one, alongside table bookings for brunch or lunch.
Do I need a website?
No. You get your own ordering and booking pages to share on Google, social media and anywhere else. If you have a website, link to them from there.
What about allergens?
You tick the allergens each item contains and customers see them on your menu, along with a note to speak to you about any allergy before they order.
Serve dinner too? See subba for restaurants. Mostly collection and delivery? See subba for takeaways.
