No contract, cancel anytime. The only setup fee is on the Managed plan (£200), because that is where we build your website and set up your domain for you. Every other plan is self-serve with nothing up front.

One conversation the AI actually answers, whether a chat, an email reply or a phone call handled by the phone add-on. Bookings themselves are never metered, so every plan takes unlimited bookings. Spam and blocked messages do not count.

It is a separate monthly add-on on top of your plan. You get a bundle of minutes (100, 300 or 600), and if you go over, extra minutes are billed at the per-minute rate for your tier. We provision your AI phone number for you after you subscribe.

No, they are optional. Start with a plan for your website chat and email, then add the AI phone receptionist or SMS reminders whenever you want them. You can add or remove them anytime.

Yes. Connect your own Stripe account and subba collects the full amount or a deposit at the time of booking, paid straight to you. It cuts no-shows and you keep the money.
