Scan, order, pay.From the table.
A code on each table opens your menu on the guest's phone. They order when they are ready, the kitchen gets it at once, and they pay by card as they go or at the end, straight to your own Stripe account.
Your menu, on their phone.
Guests order when they are ready, and order again without waiting to catch someone's eye.
A code for each table
subba makes a printable sheet with a code for each table, so every order arrives with its table.
Or one code for any table
Put one code on the counter or the menus, and guests type their table number.
Your full menu
Sections, pictures, sizes and extras with their prices, and the allergens on every dish.
Order more
Another round or a dessert goes on the same table's bill, as many times as they like.
How many at the table
Ask how many people are eating, if you want to know, and it shows on the order.
Looks like your place
Pick one of seven styles, then your colours, lettering and layout.
Pay now, or at the end.
Card payments go straight to your own Stripe account. subba takes nothing from them.
As they order
Guests pay by card for each order before it goes to the kitchen. Good for cafes and busy bars.
Or one bill at the end
Orders go on the table's bill, with every line on it, and guests pay when they are done.
Split the bill
One guest pays it all, or they split it evenly, or each pays an amount, all from their own phones.
Tips
Guests paying at the end can add a tip for the team.
Offers and codes
Happy hour on drinks, or money off at quiet times, taken off automatically.
Straight to the kitchen.
No order pads, no walking to the till and back.
On the kitchen screen
Orders land on a kitchen screen on any tablet, with the table and a chime.
Drinks to the bar
The drinks in an order go to the bar screen, the food to the kitchen.
Sold out means sold out
Mark a dish sold out and guests cannot order it, from any table.
Your codes, under control
Make new codes if one is copied, or switch ordering at the table off in a tap.
Before you switch.
Do guests need an app?
No. The phone camera opens your menu from the code on the table. Guests order there, with no app and no account.
Does subba take a cut of each order?
No. subba takes no fee on any order. Card payments go straight to your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard rates.
Can guests pay at the end, and split the bill?
Yes. Choose whether guests pay as they order or at the end. At the end they see every line on the bill, can split it evenly or each pay an amount, and add a tip. Or they pay your staff as usual.
What do I need to get started?
Your menu and your tables in subba. subba makes a printable sheet with a code for each table, plus one code for any table where guests type their table number. A tablet in the kitchen shows the orders.
What about allergies?
Each dish shows the allergens you ticked, and the menu asks anyone with an allergy, intolerance or sensitivity to speak to a member of staff before they order.
What if a code gets copied?
Make new codes in one tap. The printed ones stop working, and you print the new sheet.
