Share it
Send it to businesses you know, post it, or put it in your email signature. It works on any page of subba.pro.

They subscribe
When a business signs up through your link and starts paying, you earn 10% of their subscription profit every month, plus £100 if we build their website.

Withdraw
Each month’s commission clears once they have been with subba for 3 months and the 30-day refund window has passed. Then send it to your bank whenever you like.

Who can refer?
Anyone with a subba account, from the first day of your free trial. Your link is waiting in Settings, Referrals. Not a subba customer? We can set you up with a free partner login to track your referrals and payouts.
What do I earn, exactly?
10% of the profit on the subscription they pay us: their plan price, less card fees and the running costs of their AI receptionist (and their domain, if we host their website). Add-ons such as text reminders and the phone line are not included. If we build their website, you also get half of the £200 build: £100.
For how long?
Every month they stay on a paid plan. There is no end date. If they cancel, your commission for them simply stops.
When can I withdraw it?
Commission for each month clears 30 days after that month ends, once the business has been with subba for 3 months. Cleared commission can be withdrawn at any time, with no minimum.
How do I get paid?
Connect your bank once through Stripe (secure, and it only takes a few minutes), then press Request payout in Settings, Referrals. We check each payout and send it to your bank.
What counts as a referral?
A new business that signs up through your link and starts paying. Businesses already on subba, and extra businesses someone adds to their own subba login, do not count. If they accept marketing cookies, your link is remembered on their device for 90 days, so they can come back and sign up later. Without cookies, they need to sign up on that visit.
What if they get a refund?
If a business you referred gets a refund or disputes a payment, any commission for them that has not been paid out yet is cancelled.
Does the business I refer get anything?
They get subba on the same terms as everyone, including the 30-day free trial on Starter. We never share their personal data with you: you see that a referral joined and the commission you are owed.
Can I change my link?
Yes. In Settings, Referrals you can personalise it with your business name. Your old link stops working when you change it.
