I do not have a website. Can you help?
Yes. We build you a booking website and register and manage your .co.uk domain as a £200 one-off add-on (hosting comes with Pro and Studio, and adds £10 a month on Starter), then subba runs the enquiries and bookings on top. You are usually live in about 5 working days. It is one business per website, per account, and we design and build the site for you. It is a simple booking website for a small business: larger or specialist sites, for example a big ecommerce store, are quoted separately by Polarize Ltd.
I already have a website. Do I have to change it?
No rebuild. You point your existing contact form at subba, which is a one-line change, and keep everything else exactly as it is.
Does it actually book, or just reply?
Both. It answers the enquiry in seconds, and when someone wants a slot it checks your availability, books it, takes the payment, and sends the confirmation. You can also keep it to drafting replies only until you trust it.
What if it gets something wrong?
You start with subba drafting replies for your approval and move to fully automatic when you are ready. Every enquiry and reply is logged, and you can step in at any point.
Is my data private?
Yes. Enquiries are processed to write a reply and are not sold or used to train public models. Recipient details are stored securely, and you can export or delete your data. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Can I take payment when someone books?
Yes. Connect your own Stripe account and subba can collect the payment or a deposit at the time of booking, paid straight to you.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Nothing breaks. We let you know when you are close to your monthly enquiries and you can move up a plan whenever it makes sense. No surprise charges.
